Water is not our main source of minerals.
Most of the calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium we consume comes from our diet. Drinking purified, non-mineralized water is therefore not harmful to your health, provided you eat a balanced diet.
A varied diet is all you need. Remineralized water is a plus, not a requirement.
